Appointment Cancellation Policy

My business is appointment-based.  It only works when appointments are kept.  When you schedule an hair service appointment with me, I must make sure that I am there for you.  I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me.  I do realize that occasionally, “real life” intrudes on previously-laid plans.  For that reason, it is my policy to give each client a “second chance” the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.  However the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, I must charge for the missed appointment at the time of their next appointment.  If you’d like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment just let me know with at least 24 hours notice by calling (925)938-7000.  That way I can rearrange my schedule and schedule another client.  Thank you for understanding!
